  • Library of Congress Catalog Search - Search the Library of Congress Online Catalog, a database of  files, manuscripts, cartographic materials, music, sound recordings, and visual materials in the Library's collections.

  • School Librarian Web Pages- A collection of web pages developed and/or maintained by school librarians. Take a virtual visit to hundreds of schools.

  • Using Wikipedia  - h Wikipedia is a free online encyclopedia that differs from other encyclopedias in a significant way: along with reading the articles in Wikipedia, anyone can add or edit articles however they like.t
  • Standards and Guidelines for Strong School Library Programs  - Guidelines for school library programs from the state of California.  
  • Copyright: Fair Use- This Stanford University site provides a comprehensive list of all available information on the Web related to the "fair use" of copyrighted materials.

  • ALA- The American Library Association, the professional organization with vast resources for librarians of all types.

  • The PACS Review- Public-Access Computer Systems Review.  An excellent electronic journal for academic librarians using the Internet.

  • California School Library Association - CSLA advocates for excellence in school library programs, develops leaders in the school library field, and collaborates with other educational leaders to ensure that all California students are effective, responsible users and creators of ideas and information.

  • Pennsylvania's School Librarians' Association -  The mission of the Pennsylvania School Librarians Association is to ensure excellence in school library programs.
